I’m a researcher and educator passionate about leadership and business ethics—fields that are deeply relevant to the flourishing of organizations and their people. Using a variety of research methods, I explore the moral complexities of workplace behavior, from what drives people to speak up about ethical concerns to how leaders influence both the positive and negative choices their teams make. Beyond research, I care deeply about teaching and mentoring the next generation of leaders. I’m also eager to build meaningful connections with local businesses and organizations to help solve real challenges and create powerful learning opportunities for students who are preparing to make a difference in the workplace.
